Personalized Support for Insight and Growth


If you’re navigating a life transition, feeling stuck, facing a work challenge, or simply seeking more ease, one-on-one sessions offer a private, supportive place to listen inward and move forward at your own pace—with guidance and practices tailored to you.


What We Might Explore


Each session is shaped around what’s relevant and current for you. Depending on your needs, we might focus on mindfulness and meditation instruction, somatic inquiry, or mentoring. 


These skills are useful in many ways, including supporting your success at work. Check with your employer about using professional development funds for these services. 


Mindfulness & Meditation Instruction

Develop or deepen a personal practice. This might include:


  • Learning foundational techniques (like breath awareness, body scanning, concentration, and compassion for self and others)
  • Understanding the principles behind mindfulness
  • Troubleshooting challenges (like restlessness, judgment, pain, or sleepiness)
  • Exploring how to bring mindfulness into everyday life—especially when you're busy

Somatic Inquiry

This gentle process connects mind and body to explore sensations, emotions, underlying beliefs, and subconscious patterns. When we tune into the "felt sense," we can connect with the body’s inner guidance to explore and unwind areas where we feel stuck. This practice can be deeply healing and insightful.


In these sessions, we might:


  • Slow down and notice what’s happening beneath the surface
  • Stay with a feeling or tension that wants attention
  • Practice being with discomfort or uncertainty with care and curiosity
  • Let the body guide you toward insight or resolution


Somatic inquiry often leads to surprising clarity or release—not by analyzing or problem-solving, but by listening deeply to the body’s wisdom. 


A Note on Readiness:  Somatic inquiry is most effective when you already have some familiarity with meditation. If you're new to practice, I suggest starting with an introductory course or some one-on-one training first.


This gives you tools to support the deeper work we’ll do together.

Mentoring

Compassionate, insightful support for personal or professional growth and reconnecting with your values and direction. We might explore:


  • Life transitions or crossroads
  • Challenges related to work, relationships, identity, health, grief, or something else 
  • Patterns you want to shift or let go of
  • How your inner life (values, beliefs, fears, hopes) relates to your choices and growth


Mentoring can blend various mindfulness, meditation, reflection and inquiry techniques. Together, we'll develop tools and skills to help you reach your goals.

If you prefer one-on-one support over group settings, individual sessions might help you to:


  • Reduce stress, anxiety or overwhelm
  • Cultivate more presence and clarity
  • Shift habits and patterns that no longer serve you
  • Strengthen focus, resilience, and confidence in your professional life
  • Feel more connected to your body, values, or deepest wishes


We’ll start with a free consultation to explore your goals and see if working together is the right next step. You don’t need to have all the answers—just a willingness to show up and explore.


Note: Mindfulness practices are good for mental health, but are not the same as psychotherapy and don't replace it. I can help you determine if you need more support and offer referrals.

Rates & Access

Individual sessions are held virtually and last 60 minutes (sometimes less, sometimes more, depending on what’s going on with you).


Standard Rate


$95 per 60-minute session

This rate is for those with consistent income or institutional support.


Packages

  • 4 sessions for $360 (save $20)
  • 6 sessions for $540 (save $30)


Packages encourage ongoing support while offering a modest discount. They can be used over time.


Sliding Scale

I hold a limited number of sliding scale spots for those with financial need. If cost is a barrier, please reach out—I’m happy to discuss what’s possible.
