Personalized Support for Insight and Growth
Individual sessions offer a private, supportive space to slow down and explore what’s unfolding in your life with curiosity and compassion.
Through mindfulness, reflective inquiry, and body-based awareness practices, we can gently examine patterns of thought, emotion, and belief that may be shaping your experience.
Over time, this kind of exploration can open new perspectives and create more space for choice, boundaries, and intention in how you live your life.
What We Might Explore
People often seek individual sessions when they are:
Each session is shaped around what’s relevant and alive for you. Depending on your needs and experience, we might focus on mindfulness and meditation instruction, somatic inquiry, or mentoring.
These skills can support many areas of life, including your success at work. You may be able to use professional development or HSA funds for these sessions. I’m happy to talk with you about what might be possible.

Cultivate or deepen a personal practice. This might include:
By bringing gentle attention to the body, thoughts, emotions, and beliefs, we begin to see more clearly how patterns of habit, fear, or expectation shape our experience.
With time and patience, this awareness softens reactivity and opens new possibilities for responding to life with greater clarity and compassion.
Somatic inquiry is a reflective process that connects the mind and body. Together we explore sensations, emotions, underlying beliefs, and patterns that may be operating beneath the surface of conscious awareness. When we tune into the body’s “felt sense,” we begin to access a deeper layer of knowing that reveals where we feel stuck and what may be asking for attention.
This work is not about judging, analyzing, or fixing yourself. Instead, it invites a steady, kind presence with whatever is arising. From that place of kind listening, insight and movement often emerge naturally. This practice can be deeply healing.
What this might look like in a session:
Somatic inquiry can bring surprising clarity or release—not through analysis or problem-solving, but through attentive listening to the body’s experience.
A Note on Readiness
Somatic inquiry is most effective when you already have some familiarity with meditation. If you're new to practice, I suggest starting with an introductory course or some one-on-one training first.
This helps establish a foundation of attention and self-awareness that supports the deeper work we explore together.

Compassionate, thoughtful support for navigating personal or professional questions and reconnecting with what matters most to you.
In these sessions, we might explore:
Mentoring can blend various mindfulness, meditation, reflection and inquiry practices. Together, we'll help you clarify your priorities, and develop tools and skills that help you live with greater alignment and intention.
If you prefer one-on-one support rather than group settings, individual sessions may help you:
We’ll start with a free conversation to explore what you're looking for and whether working together feels like the right next step. You don’t need to have everything figured out—just a willingness to show up and explore.
A Note on Scope
Mindfulness practices are good for mental health, but are not a substitute for psychotherapy. If it seems additional support would be helpful, I can talk with you about other resources and offer referrals, when appropriate.
